CCE were appointed as the Civil and Structural Engineers on the new residential scheme, working together with Kier Construction. Once completed, the new development will be a 268-bedroom, nine-storey, mixed-use extra care residential facility, comprising one-and-two bedroom fully fitted apartments, as well as commercial units, a gym, restaurant and a village hall.

Being one of the largest plots on the Perry Barr Residential Scheme; the build also includes parking and landscaping and is part of the wider regeneration in the northwest of the city, including improved leisure and community facilities along with upgraded transport infrastructure.

The complex has been built to meet the demand for new and high-quality housing in the city and local area, alongside providing excellent facilities to all tenants.
