Working on behalf of Trebor Developments, the CCE team delivered works packages that included all associated access and egress roads, staff and visitor parking, hard and soft landscaping, foul and storm water drainage, external lighting, external works and any incoming utility installations.
The site itself has a mixed-use consent that includes hotels, restaurants and multiple office spaces and located just one mile from the M6 at Junction 14, the northern entrance to Stafford from the motorway; Prime Point 14 comprises the development of two high quality industrial units of 76,400 sq. ft and 64,200 sq. ft with construction details including 10m eaves, dock and level loading and floor loading of 50KN PSM.
