University College Birmingham – Phase 2

New 4 storey teaching building and multi-storey car park. The teaching building consists of a series of lecture theatres, offices, dining areas and a sports and fitness suites located on the top floor.

The car park is split level and serves each floor of the main building.  It caters for circa 160 cars on the upper levels with multiple forms of accommodation at ground floor including plant facilities, exhibition space and a simulation suite for training nurses etc.
